How our Service Works
Here's our step-by-step process for commissioning your very own one-of-a-kind poem.
Step 1: Choose Your Poem
Start by taking a look at the packages we offer, as well as some of the example poems, to help decide which package is best for you.
It might be that you're looking for a shorter poem to gift to someone special, or a longer poem with watercolour art to commemorate a once-in-a-lifetime moment.
Our packages range are Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum and are designed to give you the flexibility and choice you're looking for in a bespoke gift.
Step 2: Order Your Poem
Once you've picked a package that's right for you, it's time to think of what you'd like your poet to focus on when crafting your bespoke poem.
At the checkout, you have the opportunity to provide information (up to 1000 characters) that will help to create a truly personal and unique poem.
We offer guidelines at the checkout to help you think carefully about providing information that is specific, detailed, emotional, and, above all, personal.
If you have chosen a package that includes art, you will need to send a photograph of your choice to editor@yoursandminepoetry.com in order to have your artist begin their work.
Step 3: Review Your Poem
Once you have ordered your bespoke poem, and sent a photograph if ordering the Gold or Platinum package, it's time to sit back, relax and simply wait for your poet and artist to create your bespoke gift.
It can take up to 15 working days for this to happen, especially given the high-quality nature of our work, but it is worth the wait for your one-of-a-kind poem.
Once you have received your poem, we will ask you to check that it has been written and produced to your satisfaction before you may request any edits as per your package and our terms of service.
