Thank you in advance for this poem. We would like a poem to celebrate my father who died several months ago. He was such a wonderful man, always with time for others, kind words when they were needed and a warm hug or two. He loved his family, especially his grandchildren (my two daughters). They loved his hugs and tickles, and following him around the garden. They always listened to him talk about the garden, teaching them about plants - he loved his garden and devoted most of his time to his cherished plants rather than be stuck in the house! Sometimes my mother would wake up and he'd already be out there with a spade in his hands and she even used to say he wasn't married to her but married to his dahlias! Him being in the garden is how most of us remember him! He always stole the show on special occasions - always had a speech in him whatever the event and will be so missed at these times in the future! We miss him all the time and hope this poem can help us remember the lovely man he was. Thank you.
